Advance Deposit
New students - Signed contract and $500.00 non-refundable Advance Deposit must be submitted on or before your child's first day of school.
Returning students - Deadline is April 17, 2009 to submit signed contract and $500.00 non-refundable Advance Deposit.
Advance Deposit:
- Guarantees your child is eliglble for enrollment for August 2009
- Advance Deposit for LA Casa - Toddler Program is $350.00
- $100.00 late fee is assessed if paid after deadline date
- Deducted from the total tuition due

A fee of $13.00 is required for a general school accident policy for all students who participate in any After School Extra Curricular Class.

New Student Bond (Including Toddlers moving to Primary)
Parents must purchase a $300.00 non-negotiable promissory note or bond in their child's name, to be presented upon enrollment. Upon request, the bond is refundable when the child is no longer enrolled, provided all appropriate tuition has been paid. This request must be made in writing within one year of the child leaving the school.
Payment Plan
VIMSIA offers a 12-month payment plan through Scotia Bank at 7% annual interest rate. Please see the Admin Office for further information regarding bank loans.
Sibling Discounts
2nd child in family . . . $200.00 subtracted from tuition
3rd, 4th+ . . . . . . . . . .$300.00 subtracted from tuition(s)
Tuition
Returning students - Tuition must be paid in full on or before August 10, 2009 (unless other specific arrangements have been made in writing with the administration office). All payments received after the deadline will be subject to a 1.5% per month additional charge (or any fraction thereof for the time elapsed after the deadline).
